Enjoy a gorgeous view of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains right out of your front door!
Easy access to Summit County’s favorite ski resorts, snowboard parks, fly fishing rivers, hiking trails, a bike path and so much more! Just step outside the property for access to kayaking, SUP, sailing and all kinds of other boating options. The Dillon Amphitheater is also a short walk away for live music.
The property is close to great restaurants, shopping and many other local Colorado Mountain towns for further adventures.
Living Room
Decorated with a modern and clean look, which efficiently and comfortably utilizes the available area. A cozy couch for relaxing also transforms into a double bed to sleep up to two. The room also has oversized chairs great for lounging, and fold out into individual twin size beds, which are great for kids. There is a 50″ flatscreen Smart TV with Cable and streaming capabilities.
Bedroom
A thoughtfully appointed bedroom with a Queen size bed, stylish furnishings, beautiful photography, a full size closet as well as a dresser to keep your clothes. This room has a small Smart TV with the ability to hook to any of your streaming accounts.
Kitchen
A wonderfully sized, and stocked, space to cook and store food for your stay. You will find a rolling island for extra food prep space, that can be used as a table with two stools for eating. Upon arrival you will be welcomed with snacks, coffee for your first morning, hot chocolate and teas.
Bathroom
Beautifully tiled, step-in, shower with a bench to sit on as you enjoy the lovely water pressure to soothe your body after a day advernturing in the mountains. You will find the space stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion and a hair dryer.
Front Door Views
Right out the front door you will find easy access to Lake Dillon, with stunning views of the Marina and local mountains. In the winter it is beautiful to cross country ski, snowshoe or even ice fish on the lake. In the summer there is a small Frisbee golf court and volleyball net for use on the lawn, and you can rent kayaks & SUPs on the beach right across the small inlet.

Such a great experience! This rental looks exactly as listed. Has a great view of the lake and was a short walk to the amphitheater. Check-in/out was easy and clear instructions/recommendations were left. Highly recommend.

Summit County Recreational Pathway System
Summit County maintains an extensive paved Recreational Pathway System, commonly known as the Recpath. With elevations ranging from 8,777 feet to 10,563 feet, there is a wide range of difficulty levels, with routes suited to a variety of interests and abilities. Riders can choose from a leisurely bike ride along the Dillon Reservoir to a 1500-foot climb over 13 miles from the Town of Frisco to the top of Vail Pass.
